A passion to help people
At Orchard Hearing, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care that truly makes a difference. Founded by Kirstie Ramsden in July 2021 on Congleton Road, Sandbach, the clinic was transformed by Kirstie and her partner Kris into a modern, state-of-the-art Audiology practice.
Kirstie began her Audiology career in 2007 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, later moving into Newborn Hearing Screening. She studied British Sign Language and earned a Distinction in Audiology from De Montfort University.
With strong expertise in hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, rehabilitation, and earwax removal (microsuction, irrigation, and instrumentation), Kirstie provides expert, personalised care.
Our clinic features advanced equipment, including a professional audiometric booth, ensuring accurate testing and top-quality standards.

We understand that hearing loss can have a massively negative effect on people’s quality of life and can almost make you invisible. We also know that it doesn’t have to be that way. We are compassionate and committed to educating our clients and their families, helping them to fully understand what is happening and why and enabling them to make the best and most informed decision every step of the way.

A note from Kirstie
My aim has always been to provide healthcare in a welcoming, friendly setting, one that feels far removed from the typical clinical environment. Many of our patients comment on how personal, relaxed, and modern the practice feels, which helps me build strong, one-to-one relationships with each individual. One of the things people really appreciate is the convenient, free parking right across the road at Scotch Common Car Park.
I find my work incredibly fulfilling. Every day, I have the opportunity to help people hear better and, in turn, improve their overall quality of life. It’s a real joy to witness a patient’s face light up, whether it’s after a simple earwax removal or the moment their new hearing aids are switched on. I truly love what I do.
As a local resident, I’m lucky to live just a short walk from the practice. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether that’s taking a stroll through Sandbach Park or making the most of the great shops and entertainment options Sandbach has to offer.

Orchard Hearing is located in the centre of the historic Cheshire market town of Sandbach. There is free parking available opposite the practice on the Scotch Common carpark and buses run regularly from Crewe, Nantwich, Congleton, Alsager and Stoke on Trent.
